Common use of Senior Borrower Covenants Clause in Contracts

Senior Borrower Covenants. Borrower shall cause Mortgage Borrower and Senior Mezzanine Borrower to comply with all obligations with which Mortgage Borrower and/or Senior Mezzanine Borrower have covenanted to comply under the Mortgage Loan Agreement, Senior Mezzanine Loan Agreement, all Senior Mezzanine Loan Documents and all other Mortgage Loan Documents, as applicable (including, without limitation, those certain affirmative and negative covenants set forth in Article V of the Mortgage Loan Agreement and Senior Mezzanine Loan Agreement), unless otherwise consented to in writing by Lender.
