Senior Constable. There shall be a Senior Constable classification which that will be paid at 1.5% above the First Class Constable rate. To qualify for the Senior Constable rate, rate a First Class Constable must meet the following criteria: :
1) ten (1O10) years or more of service; and,
2) effective January 1, 2002, must have obtained a mark of at least 75% on the Ontario Police College Promotional Examination for promotion to the rank of Sergeant;
3) all members at the Senior Constable rate as of December 31, 2001, will remain at the Senior Constable rate.
