Common use of Senior Debt Entitled to Rely Clause in Contracts

Senior Debt Entitled to Rely. The holders of Senior Debt (including, without limitation, Designated Senior Debt) shall have the right to rely upon this Article 5, and no amendment or modification of the provisions contained herein shall diminish the rights of such holders unless such holders shall have agreed in writing thereto.
