Common use of Senior Debt Status Clause in Contracts

Senior Debt Status. As of the Closing Date, all Indebtedness outstanding under the Loan Documents constitutes senior Indebtedness of the Borrower and ranks at least pari passu in priority of payment with all other Indebtedness owed by the Borrower, except Indebtedness of the Borrower which may be secured by Permitted Encumbrances permitted pursuant to Section 6.02.

Senior Debt Status.
