Common use of Senior Debt Status Clause in Contracts

Senior Debt Status. The Obligations of each Credit Party and each Subsidiary thereof under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents ranks and shall continue to rank at least senior in priority of payment to all subordinated Indebtedness and all senior unsecured Indebtedness of each such Person and is designated as “senior indebtedness” under all instruments and documents, now or in the future, relating to all subordinated Indebtedness and all senior unsecured Indebtedness of such Person.

Senior Debt Status. The Obligations of each Credit Party the Borrower and each Subsidiary thereof of its Subsidiaries under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents ranks and shall continue to rank at least senior in priority of payment to all subordinated Indebtedness Subordinated Debt and all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of each such Person and is designated as “senior indebtedness” "Senior Indebtedness" under all instruments and documents, now or in the future, relating to all subordinated Indebtedness Subordinated Debt and all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of such Person.

The Obligations of each Credit Party the Borrowers and their Subsidiaries under this Agreement, the Notes and each Subsidiary thereof under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents ranks Document to which each such Person is a party (i) do rank and shall continue to will rank at least senior in priority of payment to all subordinated Indebtedness Subordinated Debt and all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of each such Person and (ii) is hereby designated as “senior indebtedness” "Senior Indebtedness" or "Designated Senior Indebtedness", as applicable, under all instruments and documents, now or in the future, relating to all subordinated Indebtedness Subordinated Debt and all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of each such Person.

The Obligations Indebtedness of each Credit Party and each Subsidiary thereof under this Agreement and each of the other Loan Documents ranks and shall continue to rank at least senior in priority of payment and Liens to all subordinated Indebtedness and Debt and, to the extent of the value of the Collateral, all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of each such Person and is designated as “senior indebtednessSenior Indebtedness” under all instruments and documents, now or in the future, relating to all subordinated Indebtedness Debt and all senior unsecured Indebtedness Debt of such Person.
