Common use of Senior Facility B Clause in Contracts

Senior Facility B. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Senior Facility B Agreement, the Senior Facility B Lenders make available to the Borrower a Rand-denominated amortising term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Senior Facility B Commitments.

Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Senior Facility B Common Terms Agreement, the Senior Facility B Lenders make available to the Borrower a Rand-denominated amortising guarantee and term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Senior Facility B Commitments.
