Common use of Senior Facility H Clause in Contracts

Senior Facility H. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Common Terms Agreement, the Senior Facility H Lenders make available to the Borrower a Rand-denominated term loan facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Senior Facility H Commitments.

Senior Facility H. Subject to the terms of this Agreement and the Common Terms Senior Facility H Agreement, the Senior Facility H Lenders make available to the Borrower a Rand-denominated term loan bullet facility in an aggregate amount equal to the Total Senior Facility H Commitments.
