Senior Indebtedness-to-EBITDA Ratio. Borrower shall not permit the ratio of Senior Indebtedness calculated as of the last day of any month to EBITDA for the twelve (12) month period ending on such day to be greater than 1.25. "Senior Indebtedness" and "EBITDA" will be calculated as illustrated on Exhibit 4.8(C).
