Common use of Senior Leverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Senior Leverage Ratio. The Senior Leverage Ratio, as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarter, shall be less than or equal to: (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29, 1999, 2.50 to 1.0; and (ii) From November 30, 1999 and thereafter, 2.0 to 1.0.

Senior Leverage Ratio. The Senior Leverage Ratio, as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarter, shall be less than or equal to: (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29May 31, 19991998, 2.50 3.25 to 1.0; (ii) From June 1, 1998 to and including August 31, 1998, 3.0 to 1.0; and (iiiii) From November 30September 1, 1999 1998 and thereafter, 2.0 2.50 to 1.0.

Senior Leverage Ratio. The Senior Leverage Ratio, as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarter, shall be less than or equal to: (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29, 19991996, 2.50 3.5 to 1.0; and; (ii) From November 30, 1996 to and including May 30, 1997, 3.0 to 1.0; (iii) From May 31, 1997 to and including February 27, 1999, 2.0 to 1.0; (iv) From February 28, 1999 and thereafter, 2.0 1.5 to 1.0.

Senior Leverage Ratio. The Senior Leverage Ratio, as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarter, shall be less than or equal to: : (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29August 31, 19991997, 2.50 4.0 to 1.0; and (ii) From November 30, 1999 and thereafter, 2.0 to 1.0.70

The Senior Leverage Ratio, for the twelve-month period ending as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarterquarter end, shall be less than or equal to: (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29, 1999, 2.50 to 1.0; and (ii) From November 30, 1999 and thereafter, 2.0 3.0 to 1.0.

Senior Leverage Ratio. Senior Leverage Ratio. Senior Leverage Ratio. The Senior Leverage Ratio, for the twelve months ending as of the end of --------------------- each fiscal quarterquarter end, shall be less than or equal to: (i) From the Effective Date to and including November 29, 1999, 2.50 3.25 to 1.0; and (ii) From November 30, 1999 and thereafter, 2.0 to 1.01.0 at all times.
