Common use of Senior Lien Clause in Contracts

Senior Lien. Collectively, the Senior Bank Liens and each other lien and security interest as to which the lien and security interest granted pursuant to this Deed of Trust shall be subordinated thereto pursuant to the terms of a Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement in substantially the form of Attachment 1 hereto executed by the Beneficiary and the holder of such lien and security interest and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Lea County, New Mexico.

Senior Lien. Collectively, the Senior Bank Liens and each other lien and security interest as to which the lien and security interest granted pursuant to this Deed of Trust shall be subordinated thereto pursuant to the terms of a Subordination, Non-Disturbance and Attornment Agreement in substantially the form of Attachment 1 hereto executed by the Beneficiary and the holder of such lien and security interest and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Eddy County, New Mexico or Lea County, New Mexico, as applicable.

Collectively, the Senior Bank Liens and each other lien and security interest as to which the lien and security interest granted pursuant to this Deed of Trust shall be subordinated thereto pursuant to the terms of a Subordination, Non-Disturbance Non‑Disturbance and Attornment Agreement in substantially the form of Attachment 1 hereto executed by the Beneficiary and the holder of such lien and security interest and recorded in the Official Public Records of Real Property of Lea County, New Mexico.
