Senior Noteholder Requests to Increase Loan. A Senior Noteholder may request to increase the Loan Amount to the Company, provided such request is made in writing and is funded as provided in Section 2.4 below or as may otherwise be requested by the Company. Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Company may reject for any reason or for no reason any request for an increase in the Loan Amount by a Senior Noteholder.
