Common use of Senior Notes Quarterly Interest Clause in Contracts

Senior Notes Quarterly Interest. On each Weekly Allocation Date, the Master Issuer shall instruct the Trustee in writing to allocate from the Collection Account the Series 2022-1 Class A-1 Quarterly Interest to be “Senior Notes Quarterly Interest” pursuant to, and to the extent that funds are available therefor in accordance with the provisions of, the Priority of Payments.

On each Weekly Allocation Date, the Master Issuer Co-Issuers (or the Manager on their behalf) shall instruct the Trustee in writing to allocate from the Collection Account the Series 20222014-1 Class A-1 Quarterly Interest and the Series 2014-1 Class A-2 Quarterly Interest deemed to be “Senior Notes Quarterly InterestInterest Amounts” pursuant to, and to the extent that funds are available therefor in accordance with the provisions of, the Priority of Payments.
