Senior Secured Adjusted Leverage Ratio and Total Adjusted Leverage Ratio. The Company shall not, at any time permit (a) its Senior Secured Adjusted Leverage Ratio to be greater than 3.75 to 1.0 and (b) its Total Adjusted Leverage Ratio to be greater than 5.50 to 1.0, such ratios to be calculated as of the end of each fiscal quarter of the Company based upon the four fiscal quarters immediately preceding such date of determination.
