Common use of Seniority of Guarantee Clause in Contracts

Seniority of Guarantee. The obligations of each Guarantor to the Holders of Senior Notes and to the Trustee pursuant to the Guarantee and this Indenture are expressly senior secured obligations of such Guarantor.

Seniority of Guarantee. The obligations of each the Guarantor to the Holders of Senior Notes and to the Trustee pursuant to the Guarantor's Guarantee and this Indenture are expressly unsecured senior secured subordinated obligations of such the Guarantor ranking pari passu in right of payment with all existing and future senior subordinated obligations of the Guarantor.

Seniority of Guarantee. The obligations of each Guarantor to the Holders of Senior Subordinated Notes and to the Trustee pursuant to the Guarantee and this Indenture are are, subject to Article Eight and Section 12.09, expressly senior secured unsecured obligations of such Guarantor.
