Sensitive Position Sample Clauses

Sensitive Position. A job with responsibilities that can be criminally abused at great harm to the Agreement or the clients served. All positions that (1) physically supervise minors or vulnerable adults, (2) have unsupervised physical contact with minors or vulnerable adults, or (3) have fiduciary responsibility to a County client or direct access to, or control over client bank accounts, or serve in a financial capacity to the County client.
