Common use of SEPA transfers Clause in Contracts

SEPA transfers. The Account Holder can make an outward money transfer from the Payment Account in Euro to any Bank Account in a SEPA country. Finductive will perform such transfers in compliance with European Union Regulations on SEPA credit transfers. In any event, in case of any outward Payment Transaction which may be considered to be a European Union cross-border payment made in Euro currency, Finductive shall process the Payment Order by no later than the end of the following Business Day on which the Payment Order was placed.
