Separability and Survival of the Agreement to Arbitrate. The provisions of this agreement to arbitrate are independent of the remaining provisions of this Agreement and the Parties intend that the remaining provisions shall continue in effect even though one or more of the provisions of the Agreement shall be determined to be null and void. This agreement to arbitrate shall also survive the termination or expiration of this Agreement.
