Separate Accounting of Funding. The Contractor must separately account for and report the source, the receipt, and the expenditure of the different types of program funding received from the Department under this Contract. Except as may be expressly allowed for under this Contract, each different fund must be accounted for separately and may not be diverted or commingled.
