Separate and Distinct Rights. The security pledged in this Section constitutes primary collateral for the Note Obligations on a par with all other collateral and security provided for in this Deed of Trust and other agreements executed in connection with this Deed of Trust. Without limiting any other provision of this Deed of Trust, or other documents regarding the exercise of remedies, Beneficiary may exercise the rights granted to it in this section separate from or in conjunction with any other remedies provided for in this Deed of Trust and other documents in any order and at such time or times as Beneficiary, at its sole and absolute discretion, may elect.
