Separate and Severable Covenants. The restrictive covenants set forth in Sections 2 and 3 above are intended by the Parties to be separate and severable covenants. If either Section 2 or Section 3 is held to be unenforceable, the invalidity or unenforceability of that Section shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining Section, which shall be enforced as if the offending Section had not been included in this Agreement.
