In applying the formula in paragraph 3.4, Network Rail shall calculate the compensation payable separately in respect of all: (a) Network Rail Restrictions of Use which are taken into account in the New Working Timetable; and (b) Network Rail Restrictions of Use which are not so taken into account but are taken into account in the Applicable Timetable.
