Separate calculations. In applying the formula in paragraph 3.4, the CVL IM shall calculate the compensation payable separately in respect of all: (a) CVL IM Restrictions of Use which are taken into account in the New Working Timetable; and (b) CVL IM Restrictions of Use which are not so taken into account but are taken into account in the Applicable Timetable.
