SEPARATE CLAUSES. 7.1 Each clause is separate from other clauses. If any clause or provision of this Agreement is deemed invalid, the remaining clauses and provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

SEPARATE CLAUSES. All clauses in this Agreement are separate and severable from each other and will each be capable of standing on their own. Any provision or clause of this Agreement which is or becomes unenforceable or illegal may be removed or severed from this Agreement as if it never formed part of this Agreement while the remaining provisions or clauses will continue to operate and be of full force and effect.
SEPARATE CLAUSES. If any of the provisions of this Agreement are held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will nevertheless continue to be valid and enforceable.
SEPARATE CLAUSES. Each of the clauses, and sub-clauses, of 8.1 to 8.9 shall be construed as a separate and severable contractual term, and if one or more of each of such clauses is held to be invalid, unlawful or otherwise unenforceable, the other or others of such clauses shall remain in full force and effect and shall continue to bind the parties.
