Separate Company Taxes. In the case of any State Income Tax which is a Separate Company Tax, Industrial Company shall be liable for such Tax imposed on any members of the Industrial Group, and Shipbuilding Company shall be liable for such Tax imposed on any members of the Shipbuilding Group.
