Common use of Separate Counterparts and Electronic Signature Clause in Contracts

Separate Counterparts and Electronic Signature. This Trust Agreement may be executed in any number of counterparts, each of which counterparts when so executed shall be deemed to be an original, and all of which counterparts shall together constitute but one and the same instrument. Each party agrees that this Agreement and any other documents to be delivered in connection herewith may be electronically signed, and that any electronic signatures appearing on this Agreement or such other documents shall have the same effect as manual signatures for the purposes of validity, enforceability and admissibility.
