Separate Indemnification for Taxes. Notwithstanding anything contained in this Master Agreement to the contrary, indemnification for Tax matters set forth in Section 9.7 shall be governed solely by the terms of Section 9.7.2. To the extent any terms of this Article 13 and Section 9.7.2 are deemed to be inconsistent with respect to any Tax matters, the terms of Section 9.7 shall govern such matter.
