Separate Lease Properties Sample Clauses

The 'Separate Lease Properties' clause defines how multiple properties covered under a single lease agreement are treated as distinct entities for the purposes of the lease. In practice, this means that the rights, obligations, and remedies related to one property do not automatically apply to the others; for example, a default or issue affecting one leased property does not impact the status of the remaining properties under the same lease. This clause is essential for isolating risk and ensuring that problems with one property do not jeopardize the entire lease arrangement, thereby providing clarity and protection for both landlord and tenant.
