Common use of Separate Ledger Clause in Contracts

Separate Ledger. The Recipient must: (a) maintain a separate ledger for the purpose of accounting for, and administering, any ARENA Funding paid to the Recipient for this Study; and (b) identify the receipt and expenditure of the ARENA Funding separately within the Recipient's accounting records to ensure that, at all times, the ARENA Funding is identifiable and ascertainable.
