Separate Non-Disclosure Agreements. If we have signed a separate non-disclosure or similar confidentiality agreement with you (“Prior NDA”), this Article 6 supersedes and replaces the Prior NDA prospectively. Any disclosures prior to the Effective Date, however, will continue to be governed by the terms of the Prior NDA.
