Separate Payments. For purposes of Section 409A, any right to a series of installment payments under this Agreement shall be treated as a right to a series of separate payments so that each payment is designated as a separate payment for purposes of Section 409A, and any rights and benefits under this Agreement shall be treated as rights to separate payments for purposes of Section 409A.
