Separate Proceedings Sample Clauses
The Separate Proceedings clause establishes that any legal disputes or claims arising under the agreement must be resolved in individual proceedings rather than as part of a group or class action. In practice, this means that each party must bring their own case separately, and cannot join their claim with others who may have similar grievances. This clause is designed to prevent the consolidation of multiple claims into a single lawsuit, thereby limiting the complexity and potential exposure for the parties involved.
