Separate Provider. If Customer enables one or more of the below defined payment capabilities in the Ariba Network (excluding AribaPay), such payment services are provided by third party payment processors under separate agreements between Customer and those third-parties. SAP does not perform and is not responsible for the payment processing services, nor acts or omissions of the third-party payment processors under the separate agreements.
