The Land is not part of a larger tract of land owned by the Borrower or its affiliates or any Guarantor and is not otherwise included under any unity of title or similar covenant with other lands not encumbered by the Mortgage, and the Borrower has obtained a separate tax lot or lots with a separate tax assessment or assessments for the Land and the Improvements, independent of any other lands or improvements.
