Separate Tax Parcel. Each Property constitutes a separate parcel for purposes of ad valorem real property taxes, and is not subject to a lien for non-payment of real property taxes relating to any other property.

Separate Tax Parcel. No land or improvements which will not be ------------------- encumbered by the Bedford Mortgage is included within the tax assessment or assessments of the Mortgaged Property or the tax lots corresponding to the Mortgaged Property.
