Primary Use. Message Content and related Notices are used during the term of an Exhibit and only for the use(s) set forth in that Exhibit.
Primary Use. The facilities and equipment of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South are first and foremost for the use of its members and regularly scheduled programs and activities. When these facilities are not in use by Club groups or members, they may be reserved for non-Club groups or organizations at the sole discretion of the Boys & Girls Clubs of Metro South.
Primary Use. XXXX agrees that the Site and the Improvements shall be used only and exclusively for the Permitted Use, including the following uses that are ancillary or incidental to the Primary Use and that are designed primarily for Convention Center guests, visitors or employees:
(i) Rental of Meeting Space;
(ii) Full-service restaurant and/or limited service restaurant, including cocktail lounge and any standalone bar or cocktail lounge;
(iii) Snack bar, delicatessen and/or coffee shop(s);
(iv) Banquet and other food and beverage uses;
(v) Retail shop(s);
(vi) Xxxxxx and beauty shop;
(vii) Spa services;
(viii) Health, recreational, and tennis facilities, including recreational lessons;
(ix) Bicycle rentals;
(x) Rental of automobiles;
(xi) Motorcycle rentals;
(xii) Boat rentals, beach equipment rentals and beach-related services;
(xiii) Special temporary exhibition(s), including production shows (including any and all uses in connection with the production of ICE! (including the use of the ICE! tent as temporary additional meeting space when such ICE! tent is not used for purposes of the ICE! production)) and outdoor entertainment (including ice skating and carnivals);
(xiv) Vending machines, including telephones;
(xv) Office and counter areas for Convention Center management and other ancillary services that are consistent with services provided by a convention center or a conference center comparable with the Convention Center;
(xvi) Back-of-house activities consistent with services provided by a convention center or a conference center comparable with the Convention Center, including but not limited to a shipping center, truck yard loading and unloading, sales, human resources, management, information technology management, repair and storage, employee cafeteria, employee gymnasium or other recreation space, and employee locker room or other storage and changing areas);
(xvii) Office and logistics services;
(xviii) Construction, operation and maintenance of central plant facilities (including to serve the Resort Hotel);
(xix) Installation and hosting of telecommunications equipment;
(xx) Building maintenance and workshop area;
(xxi) Parking and valet parking services;
(xxii) A security office;
(xxiii) A parking management office;
(xxiv) Storage areas consistent with services provided by a convention center or a conference center comparable with the Convention Center;
(xxv) Bicycle parking;
(xxvi) Electronic vehicle charging stations;
(xxvii) Shuttle bus loading, ...
Primary Use. Tenant shall have the right to use or cause the use of the Ground Leased Premises for any uses allowed by law provided that such use is in full compliance with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, codes and ordinances and does not cause an unreasonable nuisance.

Primary Use. The primary use is for a requesting Participating Organization to obtain the immunization history and forecast for a patient. The Participating Organization can be any TDSO requesting this information on behalf of their PO Participants such as primary care physicians or other healthcare providers such as hospitals, schools, and public health agencies. Participating Organizations can also be pharmacies wishing to check immunization history before administering vaccinations, or to determine if additional vaccinations are due. Participating Organizations may also be TDSOs that are qualified as consumer data sharing organizations that provide consumers with the ability to retrieve their own immunization history and forecast. This Use Case Agreement prohibits non-MDHHS Participating Organizations from storing or persisting copies of Message Content longer than the period necessary to successfully transmit the information to the healthcare provider or consumer. A person’s immunization history/forecast retrieved via this Use Case Agreement is accurate only at the time of the query and is considered obsolete after the query transaction is completed. The database for the state immunization registry is to be considered the primary record of immunization data and all queries for immunization history should be made via HIN.
Primary Use. The Premises, excluding any sand portion thereof not paved or otherwise covered with improvements (use of which sand area is subject to Concessionaire obtaining a separate permit in each instance), (the Premises as so limited, the “Usable Premises”) shall be used primarily by Concessionaire for the operation of a first class restaurant (including banquet facilities), snack bar, outdoor public dining area and parking lot, each conforming to the Quality Standards set forth in Section 8.1. of this Contract, as well as other facilities directly related thereto, and for the sale within the Premises of food and beverages, beach equipment and other miscellaneous items of merchandise that are appropriate to recreational use at the beach or for use as souvenirs, provided prior written approval for the sale of anything other than food, beverages and the items listed within the last two paragraphs of Section 1 of RFP Appendix A Statement of Work has been obtained from the Director. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed and such approval shall be deemed withheld if Director fails to grant or deny his or her approval within sixty (60) days after Director’s receipt of a written request from Concessionaire (collectively, the foregoing shall be referred to herein as “Permitted Uses”). Concessionaire shall not use or permit the Premises to be used in whole or in part during the term of this Contract for any purpose other than the Permitted Uses without the prior written consent of the County. Concessionaire shall comply with all Applicable Laws and shall pay for and maintain any and all licenses, liquor license and permits related to, required for, or affecting the use, operation, maintenance, repair or improvement of the Premises.
Primary Use. The translator transfers to the publisher exclusive rights to one of the following primary uses of the translation, and gives the publisher right of first refusal to the two others:
a) primary use in printed editions
b) primary use in audio book format (audio book format means a recorded edition of the text being read out loud, regardless of the medium the recording is sold in.)
c) primary use in electronic versions The basic fee, re. section 6, only purchases the right to one of these primary uses. The publisher can freely choose printed edition, audio book format or electronic version as primary use.
Primary Use. When these facilities are not in use they may be reserved for use by groups/vendors and activities. The Borough of Greenville will make its facilities and/or property available to groups that meet the following criteria: Groups/vendors whose purpose and objectives are generally compatible with those of the Borough of Greenville and who do not seek to exploit the Borough of Greenville name or constituency. Groups/vendors that are willing and able to take responsibility for their activities and who are willing to abide by each of the facilities rules and regulations. Groups/vendors may be required to provide a Certificate of Insurance naming the Borough of Greenville as "additionally insured". Coverage extended to the Borough of Greenville shall not be less than the association carries and shall be provided prior to the event. Groups/vendors as a whole shall be responsible for all damages to the facilities, property and/or equipment that may occur during the group’s use. Report any damages to the Borough of Greenville and identify site at which the damage occurred.
Primary Use. Lessee shall have the right to use the Premises only for the purpose of constructing and operating the Project and any additional wind energy developments and shall carry on no other activities other than those which are reasonably necessary for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair, restoration, and removal of the Project and any additional wind energy developments.
