Separate Tax Periods. Insofar as the New Fluor Group and/or the Parent Group file Federal Income Tax Returns for any Tax Periods which do not include any member of the other Group, the filing Group shall be liable for (and shall indemnify and hold the other Group harmless from) any Federal Income Tax that is attributable to such Tax Periods .
