Separate Warranties. Each of the representations and warranties contained in this Agreement shall be construed as a separate and independent representation and warranty and (except where expressly provided to the contrary) shall not be limited or restricted by reference to or inference from the terms of any other representation or warranty or any other term of this Agreement.
