Separation by Executive. Executive may terminate this Agreement and separate from his employment hereunder, other than on account of Constructive Termination, upon 60 days’ prior written notice to the Company, or such shorter period as may be agreed upon by the Board and Executive. In such event, the Company shall pay or provide the Mandated Amounts and shall have no further obligation hereunder.
