Separation Committees. (a) BoW and FHB will establish a separation committee (“Separation Committee”), which shall comprise (i) one (1) transition head from BoW who shall have authority to act on BoW’s behalf with respect to this Agreement and (ii) one (1) transition head from FHB, who shall have authority to act on FHB’s behalf with respect to this Agreement.
