Separation from Service by Death or Following Permanent Disability. Subject to Sections 5(e) and 10(p) and Executive’s continued compliance with Section 6, in the event of Executive’s Separation from Service as a result of Executive’s death or discharge by the Company following Executive’s Permanent Disability, Executive or Executive’s estate, as applicable, shall be entitled to receive his base salary through the end of the month in which Executive’s Separation from Service occurs as a result of Executive’s death or Permanent Disability.
