SEPARATION FROM SERVICE/CHANGE IN CONTROL OF THE COMPANY. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in this Agreement, the following provisions will apply in the event of your Separation from Service (within the meaning of Section 409A (your “Separation from Service”)) from the Company Group, or a Change in Control of the Company occurs, before the Ending Date. For purposes of this Agreement, a “Change in Control” of the Company shall have the meaning ascribed to such term in the Change in Control Agreement between you and the Company.
