Separation from Service; Change in Position; Failure to Satisfy Performance Measures. 3.3.1. Except as otherwise provided in the Plan and this Agreement, if the Holder incurs a Separation from Service before the Vesting Date for any reason, then the entire Award shall be immediately forfeited by the Holder for no consideration and cancelled, effective as of the date of the Holder’s Separation from Service.
