Separation from Service with Good Reason. The Executive may terminate his employment for Good Reason only (i) within the Change in Control Period and (ii) by delivery of Notice of Separation from Service to the Company within 30 calendar days of the Executive first becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the Executive’s right to terminate his employment for Good Reason.
