Separation of Data. Patriot acknowledges and agrees that PEC may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the Patriot Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Patriot under the Software License Agreement, the Transition Services Agreement or otherwise. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement, the Software License Agreement, or the Transition Services Agreement. The provisions of Section 13.04 apply to Patriot’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.

Spinco acknowledges and agrees that PNX may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the Spinco Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Spinco under the Transition Services Agreement or otherwise. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement or the Transition Services Agreement. The provisions of Section 11.04 apply to Spinco’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.

Spinco acknowledges and agrees that L-3 may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which either does or does not relate to the Spinco Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Spinco under the Transition Services Agreement or otherwise. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement or the Transition Services Agreement. The provisions of Section 11.03 apply to Spinco’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.

CTM acknowledges and agrees that IDT may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the CTM Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to CTM by IDT. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 10.04 apply to CTM’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.

Spinco acknowledges and agrees that Parent may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the Spinco Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Spinco under the Transition Services Agreement or otherwise. The provisions of Section 8.4 apply to Spinco’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.

SPCI acknowledges and agrees that IDT may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the SPCI Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to SPCI by IDT. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 10.04 apply to SPCI’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.
Separation of Data. To the extent required under applicable Law, Parent shall use reasonable best efforts (and shall cause its Affiliates to use their reasonable best efforts) to separate logically the systems and data of the Business from the systems and data of Parent and its Affiliates (other than the Transferred Companies and their Subsidiaries) as promptly as practicable, in such a manner that the systems and data of the Business are not accessible to Parent and its Affiliates after the Closing, except as and to the extent otherwise set forth in the Transition Services Agreement.
Separation of Data processing for different purposes – INSTITUTION and INVESTIGATOR shall ensure that any Personal Data collected for different purposes is processed separately.

Zedge acknowledges and agrees that IDT may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the Zedge Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Zedge by IDT. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 10.04 apply to Zedge’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.
Separation of Data. Xxxxxx acknowledges and agrees that IDT may, after the Effective Time, delete or cause to be deleted any Information which does not relate to the Xxxxxx Business which is contained in, stored in or accessible through any Software provided to Xxxxxx by IDT. The foregoing will not be deemed to be a violation of any provision of this Agreement. The provisions of Section 10.04 apply to Rafael’s use of any such Information prior to its deletion.
