Separation Payment Contingent on Release. Any Separation Payment payable to Employee under subparagraph 4(c) shall be subject to, and contingent upon, Employee’s execution and non-revocation of a General Release Agreement in favor of the Company in substantially the form and substance as the one attached hereto as Schedule A.
