Separation Payment Contingent on Release. Any Separation Payment payable to Employee under subparagraph 4(c) shall be subject to, and contingent upon, Employee’s execution and delivery within 60 days of Employee’s Date of Termination and non-revocation of a General Release Agreement in favor of the Company in substantially the form and substance as the one attached hereto as Schedule A.
