A decision concerning the location of the 4th semester must be communicated to the Administrator of the Programme before 1 November 2019 and is related to the location where the master’s thesis is conducted If relevant to the Master’s Thesis, Student can request to spend a maximum of three months during the 4th Semester at an associated partner institution. Associated partner institutions that are industry partners offer the possibility of internships. Associated partner institutions that are higher education institutions offer research stays. Associated partner institutions may give Student access to courses. Student must follow the application procedure provided by the Coordinator in order to enroll for the mobility in the 4th semester. The concerned Associated Partner and the Programme Board are responsible for deciding whether Student can spend the mobility period at the chosen institution. Student should note that places for mobility periods at partner universities are limited and therefore not available to all students of the programme. If Student spends a mobility period at a partner institution located in her/his country of nationality,residence, or where s/he has carried out her/his main activities (studies, training or work) for more than a total of 12 months over the last five years (as to the application deadline, 01.December 2017), Student is not eligible for subsistence part of the scholarship during this period.

Reference is hereby made to the further provisions of this Certificate set forth on the reverse hereof, which further provisions shall for all purposes have the same effect as if set forth at this place. This Certificate shall not be entitled to any benefit under the Agreement or be valid for any purpose unless manually authenticated by an authorized signatory of the Trustee.

  • By December 31, 2015, the Board will calculate the annual amount of a.i) divided by a.ii) which will form the base funding amount for the Trust;

  • Quarterly and Annual Reconciliation 10.6.1 The Parties acknowledge that all payments made against Monthly Bills and Supplementary Bills shall be subject to quarterly reconciliation within 30 days of the end of the quarter at the beginning of the following quarter of each Contract Year and annual reconciliation at the end of each Contract Year within 30 days to take into account the Energy Accounts, Tariff adjustment payments, Tariff Rebate, Late Payment Surcharge, or any other reasonable circumstance provided under this Agreement. 10.6.2 The Parties, therefore, agree that as soon as all such data in respect of any quarter of a Contract Year or a full Contract Year as the case may be has been finally verified and adjusted, the SPD and SECI shall jointly sign such reconciliation statement. Within fifteen (15) days of signing of a reconciliation statement, the SPD shall make appropriate adjustments in the next Monthly Bill. Late Payment Surcharge/ interest shall be payable in such a case from the date on which such payment had been made to the invoicing Party or the date on which any payment was originally due, as may be applicable. Any Dispute with regard to the above reconciliation shall be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of Article 16.
