SEPTIC TANK Clause Samples
The SEPTIC TANK clause defines the responsibilities and conditions related to the presence, maintenance, and operation of a septic tank on the property. It typically outlines whether the seller or buyer is responsible for ensuring the septic system is in working order, may require inspections or certifications, and can specify remedies if issues are found. This clause ensures that both parties are aware of the septic system's status and obligations, thereby preventing disputes over unexpected repairs or compliance issues after the transaction.
