SEPTIC TANK. (If applicable) Tenant(s) acknowledges by signature below that they agree to, and understand the necessity of, add “Rid X” to one household toilet, one (1) time per each month, or every thirty (30) days, during the duration of the above referenced lease. Furthermore, the Tenant(s) agrees that should the Tenant(s) fail to perform to these specifications, and in the event that the septic system sustains damage and thus needs repairs from the Tenant’s (s’) failure to perform to these specifications, that the Landlord or Landlord’s Agent will hold the Tenant(s) responsible for the cost of repair and/or replacement of the septic system, which, if necessary, will be retained from security deposit.
SEPTIC TANK. The house has a septic tank system. Do not place anything in the drains or toilets other than water, toilet paper and bodily waste! Fats, oil, tampons, nappies, baby wipes etc. will clog up the system and must not be placed in toilets or drains. The system will block in a matter of minutes and the Guest will be charged for the unblocking of the system.
SEPTIC TANK. You agree that septic tank/s will be provided for the joint use and maintenance of the all the Blocks to be constructed in the project. The maintenance charges of the said septic tank shall be borne by the users/owners/occupants of all the Blocks in equal ratio and proportions out of the common area & common facility charges, as stated above.
SEPTIC TANK. Each Lot and Residential Unit shall be responsible for installing an underground pump septic system (“Residential System”) to be connected to a septic tank effluent pump system (“STEP”). The Residential System shall meet or exceed the requirements promulgated by the Committee or if the Committee is no longer in existence or active, the Board of Directors of the Association (defined in Article IV). Once installed and accepted by the Association, the Association shall be responsible for main- taining the Residential System. Declarant hereby grants and conveys to the Association an easement over the lots to inspect, maintain, repair and replace such Residential Systems.
