Common use of Series Assets Not Subject to Liabilities Clause in Contracts

Series Assets Not Subject to Liabilities. To the fullest extent permitted by law, none of the Administrator or any other Indemnified Person will have any recourse against the assets of the Company or any Series, including any Series Assets, with respect to any claim that any such Person may have against the Company, any Series or any Holder, Registered Pledgee, Servicer or Affiliate of any of the foregoing.
