Common use of Series B Notes Clause in Contracts

Series B Notes. On March 12, 2021 and on each March 12 thereafter to and including March 12, 2024 the Company will prepay $10,000,000 principal amount (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) of the Series B Notes at par and without payment of the Make-Whole Amount or any premium, provided that upon any partial prepayment of the Series B Notes pursuant to Section 8.2 or any partial purchase of the Series B Notes pursuant to Section 8.5, the principal amount of each required prepayment of the Series B Notes becoming due under this Section 8.1(b) on and after the date of such prepayment or purchase shall be reduced in the same proportion as the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Series B Notes is reduced as a result of such prepayment or purchase.

Series B Notes. On March 12August 1, 2021 2009 and on the first day of each March 12 August thereafter to and including March 12August 1, 2024 2012, the Company will prepay $10,000,000 6,000,000 principal amount (or such lesser principal amount as shall then be outstanding) of the Series B Notes at par and without payment of the Make-Whole Amount or any premium, provided that upon any partial prepayment of the Series B Notes pursuant to Section 8.2 or any partial 8.3 or purchase of the Series B Notes pursuant to permitted by Section 8.58.6, the principal amount of each required prepayment of the Series B Notes becoming due under this Section 8.1(b) 8.1 on and after the date of such prepayment or purchase shall be reduced in the same proportion as the aggregate unpaid principal amount of the Series B Notes is reduced as a result of such prepayment or purchase.
